Led by Dr. Ravindra Zirmire, our CEO and co-founder, we are proud to collaborate with world-renowned experts like Dr. Colin Jamora, a pioneer in skin biology, and Dr. Tanay Bhatt, a highly skilled scientist in the same field. Dr. Ravindra Zirmire,CEO, Co-founder
Dr. Ravindra Zirmire, leads the vision and scientific operations of the Renity. Dr.Ravindra completed his PhD in dermatology from world renowned stem cell biology institute inStem Bangalore. Further he worked as research scientist at stem cell therapy company Eyestem to develope stem cell based therapy for lung fibrosis. Further, he worked as postdoctoral scientist at National Centre (NCSB) Bengaluru to understand the development of the vasculature in skin. With the PhD in skin biology and 10 years of research experience in drug development in skin biology, he blends the innovation and entrepreneurship to develop the scientifically backed and effective derma products.
Dr. Colin Jamora, Co-founder
Dr. Colin Jamora, a pioneering American skin scientist with a Ph.D. in Cell Biology from the University of California, San Diego, brings over 30 years of experience in skin research to Renity. As a founding member, he plays a pivotal role in shaping our science-led approach to skincare and healthy aging. Currently serving as Scientist and Head of Department at Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence in Delhi, Dr. Jamora has previously held esteemed research positions at UC San Diego and inStem, Bangalore. His research spans skin biology, tissue regeneration, and inflammation, with over 64 publications in top international journals. He has also served as a Research Advisor to Unilever and collaborated with global skincare giant L'Oréal. With decades of scientific insight and innovation, Dr. Jamora ensures that every Renity product is grounded in breakthrough research—designed to deliver real, visible results and redefine the future of anti-aging skincare.
Vaishali Todkar, COO, Co-founder
Vaishali Todkar is the driving force behind Renity’s operations and growth strategy. As Co-founder and Chief operating Officer, she leads the company’s business operations, marketing, sales with a sharp focus on scale and innovation.
