Refund policy

🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Renity

Effective Date: 6 May 2025

Due to hygiene concerns, Renity does not accept product returns. However, we do offer replacements and limited refunds under specific conditions.

1. Replacements:

Allowed within 7 days of purchase.

Product must be sealed and unused.

2. Exceptions:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, email us with photos/videos.

If it’s our error, Renity will cover the return shipping cost.

3. Refunds:

Provided only in exceptional cases after review.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
